"CBS News Sunday Morning" Heads to Philadelphia for Annual "By Design" Edition, Sunday, May 17

CBS NEWS SUNDAY MORNING hits the road for its annual “By Design” edition, featuring an array of stories highlighting design, including an interview with filmmaker Jon Favreau (“The Mandalorian and Grogu”), a look at the boom in additional dwelling units, the appeal of Louis Vuitton, a taste of the food that makes Philadelphia special and much more.

The special “By Design” edition, coming as America approaches its 250th anniversary, will be broadcast Sunday, May 17 (8:00 AM, CT) on the CBS Television Network and streaming on Paramount+.

Pauley anchors the show from the Ardrossan Estate, a sprawling 50-room Gilded Age-inspired mansion along Philadelphia’s “Main Line” that served as the inspiration for the play and film “The Philadelphia Story.” Pauley also visits the nearby Chanticleer Garden.
