NAMI Family-to-Family Class in Spring 2026

The National Alliance on Mental Illness is hosting a Family-to-Family class on Thursdays from March 5 - April 23, 2026, from 5:30 pm to 8 pm. The location will be given at registration.
This is an 8 session education program for family and friends of a loved one experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition. It provides information about various diagnoses, treatment options and paths to recovery.
Led by trained peer facilitators, this program helps participants discover new problem-solving techniques, apply effective coping strategies and develop the communication skills necessary to de-escalate situations arising within the family dynamic during a mental health crisis.
It also offers the lived experiences of others who successfully advocated for services through the mental health system.
