Since its inception, Que Pasa Fest has aimed to be more than a cultural showcase; it serves as a gathering place for families, friends, and neighbors, fostering a spirit of inclusion and celebration. The festival has become a staple event in the Metairie area and is looked forward to by participants as a way to connect with their heritage and share it with others. The goal has always been to be the largest celebration of Hispanic heritage and culture in Louisiana.
