Smalls Sliders Grand Opening in Lake Charles

Smalls Sliders, the cheeseburger slider brand that is painting the restaurant industry Smorange™, is opening its newest location in Lake Charles on Thursday, August 8, 2024. To say “Hey, Lake Charles!,” the first 100 customers will receive an exclusive pair of signature Smorange™ slides. 

Smalls Sliders specializes in fresh, cooked-to-order cheeseburger sliders—small in size, BIG in taste. The Can stands out with a streamlined slide-thru, walk-up window, and a unique modular setup built from Smorange shipping containers.

“You may be wondering…what’s all the excitement for Smalls Sliders about? Well, the wait is over because our iconic Smorange Can is now open in Lake Charles,” shared Smalls Sliders franchisee and operator Jonathan “JP” Perry. “We are excited to become a place where the community can gather and enjoy delicious sliders, shakes and fries.”

Smalls Sliders officially recognized and named two McNeese State University basketball players, Antavion Collum and Christian Shumate, as Smalls Town Heroes for their positive contributions to the Lake Charles community. Christian and Governor Jeff Landry will be present at the ribbon cutting and opening event.
