LSU takes down Tennessee 6-3

LSU handled Tennessee 6-3 in the opening round of the College World Series Friday.
The Tigers improved to 49-15 and will face Wake Forest at 6 p.m. CT on Monday. Tennessee falls to 43-21 and enters the elimination bracket where it faces Stanford at 1 p.m. on Monday.
