Former NICU Babies and Families Celebrated With Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals® Family Day and Reunion

The CHRISTUS Ochsner Southwestern Louisiana Foundation is excited to host the 2024 Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMN Hospitals) Family Day and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Reunion on Saturday, April 27th from 10 am-2 pm. You can join them for this special event where former NICU babies, their families, and the dedicated hospital staff who cared for them during their hospital stay, reunite and reminisce about their remarkable journey.

The event will be held at the Christus Ochsner Lake Area Hospital (4200 Nelson Rd.) and families will enjoy pediatric education, arts and crafts, games, live music and a chance to tour the Acadian Ambulance AirMed helicopter. The day will also feature the second annual BBQ Cook-Off, with proceeds benefiting the Pediatric Therapy Kids Team program. Tasting tickets will be available for $10. This fun-filled day is open to the public.

 

Proceeds raised during the event will benefit CHRISTUS Ochsner St. Patrick and CHRISTUS Ochsner Lake Area, the CMN Hospitals partners in Southwest Louisiana.
