CBS Lake Charles is a Regional Partner for the Scripps National Spelling Bee, acting as the bridge from school competition to regional competition and on to the national level. This year's Regional Spelling Bee was held on February 17, 2024 at Southlake Theater in Lake Charles, LA. We are now looking forward to the National Bee Week and competition in Washington, D.C. May 26-31, 2024.
