Market Basket Celebrates Remodeled Store in Kinder, LA

(Kinder, LA) – Market Basket announces Wednesday, April 3rd, 2024 as the date for the grand re-modeling Sale-ebration of their Kinder store, located at the corner of Hwy 165 and Hwy 383 in Kinder, LA. A ribbon cutting ceremony will begin at 10 am. The Grand Opening festivities will start on this same day and continue for three weeks.  This newly renovated state-of-the-art Market Basket in Kinder many new enhancements including a MB Smokehouse featuring their award-winning Certified Cajun boudin and in-store made smoked sausage. The new Meat Department features a full-service meat counter, with meats prepared and hand-cut fresh daily. Custom cuts are available upon request. A brand new floral department has fresh cut flowers and beautiful arrangements for any occasion. The all new expanded Bakery makes breads, cookies, pastries, pies and cakes fresh every day. Our Deli has it all; whether it’s quality, sliced lunch meats or delicious gourmet cheeses, we will happily slice it fresh to your order. We also make party trays with these fine deli meats and cheeses. And you can get our hot homemade takeout meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Skylar Thompson, President of Market Basket Foods, said “After Hurricane Laura, we had to postpone the remodel we had planned for this store.
